Reporting helps you see course completions and progress for employees and contractors. You can send reminders, extend completion dates, and more. Access includes over 500 e-learning courses in Spanish, English, and French Canadian.

Yes. Encompass offers training courses for various industries including construction, utilities, manufacturing, retail, transporation, and more. The training meets requirements set forth by OSHA, DOL, DOT, EPA, PHMSA, and more.

Section 390.3(e) requires anyone operating a commercial motor vehicle (CMV)  to know and comply with applicable safety regulations. All drivers must be: 

  • Instructed on and knowledgeable of the regulations
  • Able to safely operate the vehicle by virtue of “training or experience”
  • Knowledgeable on the vehicle, cargo securement, vehicle inspections, and instructed on regulatory issues and safe driving practice
  • CDL positions are subject to entry-level driver training, DOT drug and alcohol testing policy and educational materials, and hazmat training (if applicable)

Many facets of onboarding and training drivers can be applied to your CMV and non-CMV drivers.
