Natural Gas & Oil Hauler from Mississippi doubles in size and needs compliance tool

A Mississippi natural gas and oil hauler was about to acquire another fuel hauler company which would double the size of the fleet to 300. In preparation for this acquisition, the Safety Manager reached out to the assigned J. J. Keller Products and Publications Representative. The Safety Manager was looking for a comprehensive tool to manage compliance issues, including imaging documents, as well as to increase corporate visibility for compliance.

Keller’s P & P Rep contacted J. J. Keller’s Account Executive for Alabama to meet with the oil hauler’s Safety Manager. At the meeting, the Safety Manager reiterated the need for a comprehensive compliance tool. Managing compliance in-house was something the oil hauler was prepared and able to do. Keller’s Account Executive recommended Encompass with E-Logs as a potential solution.

After a formal presentation of Encompass with E-Logs, the Safety Manager decided to contract for Encompass along with a timeline to implement E-Logs at a later date.
